Welcome to EZ.IT LLC. The Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our consulting services, software, and related materials (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Nature of Services
EZ.IT LLC is a cyber consulting company. We provide professional consulting services, educational materials, and software tools designed to help businesses improve their cybersecurity awareness and posture.
We are not a cybersecurity insurance provider, managed security service provider (MSSP), or incident response firm.
Our software and consulting are intended to advise, guide, and educate clients on cybersecurity best practices — not to guarantee protection or prevent security incidents.
No Guarantee of Security
While EZ.IT LLC provides tools, assessments, and guidance to improve cybersecurity, no system or organization can be made 100% secure.
By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
Following our recommendations does not guarantee that your business will be free from cyber attacks, breaches, or other security incidents.
Cyber threats evolve constantly, and EZ.IT LLC cannot control or prevent third-party actions.
You are responsible for implementing and maintaining appropriate cybersecurity measures for your business.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZ.IT LLC and its affiliates, employees, and contractors are not liable for:
Any data breaches, hacks, ransomware attacks, or other cybersecurity incidents that occur before, during, or after the use of our Services;
Any damages, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, loss of profits, or reputational harm resulting from such incidents;
Any failure by you or your organization to implement recommended cybersecurity measures.

Payment and Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or subscribing to EZ.IT LLC’s Services, you acknowledge that:
You have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms listed herein;
You understand that EZ.IT LLC provides tools and knowledge to increase cyber awareness, not to make your organization invulnerable;
Payments for consulting or software services are non-refundable once services have been rendered or software access has been provided.
Use of Software Tools
Any software provided by EZ.IT LLC is for consulting and informational purposes only. You agree not to misuse, resell, reverse-engineer, or alter the software provided.
EZ.IT LLC retains full ownership of its software, methodologies, and intellectual property associated with the software.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZ.IT LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of:
Your use or misuse of the Services;
Your failure to implement security practices or follow recommendations of EZ.IT LLC;
Any cyber incidents impacting your business.
Governing Law
The Terms herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.
Updates to Terms
EZ.IT LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time with changes effective upon notice to the customer from EZ.IT, LLC. Continued use of our services after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
